Infosys Technologies has announced its third quarter numbers of FY09. Its consolidated net profit went up by 14.6% at Rs 1,641 crore as against Rs 1432 crore in in previous quarter of FY08-09.
The company's consolidated net sales rose by 6.8% to Rs 5,786 crore versus Rs 5,418 crore, (QoQ). Its earning per share was at Rs 28.63 while CNBC-TV18 estimated at Rs 26.77 per share.
The reported numbers were better-than-expected, as poll suggested net sales of Rs 5,713.4 crore and net profit of Rs 1,532 crore.
