On the global front: Wall St ends higher on Fed's bank stress test release while Asian markets trading weak; Hang Seng down 2%. The Wall Street ended with triple digit gains after the white paper on Fed's stress test was released and better than expected results from Ford but ended lower for the week, snapping a six-week winning streak. For the week, the Dow and S&P finished lower after six straight weeks of gains. The NASDAQ meanwhile eked out a seventh straight weekly gain. The US Federal Reserve released the methods it used to conduct stress tests of the biggest US banks, while stopping short of any details that signalled how much new capital regulators will demand.
