BOR: Market Outlook: Indian market will have positive opening today on account of strong global cues.

Market Outlook: Indian market will have positive opening today on account of strong global cues. Nifty has supports at 4930-4960 and resistances are at 5110 -5150. Profit booking at higher level is expected. Stock specific action could be seen on back of results season. IT counter to be in action on expectations of improved Q2 results & better guidance.

On the global counter: Wall Street ends higher; Dow up 131 points & Asian markets trading higher; Hang Seng up. The US markets rallied for a second day as news that Australia has raised lending rates by 25 basis points revitalized hopes for the global recovery. All 30 Dow stocks finished higher, led by Alcoa, Intel and JP Morgan. The key trigger for the gains on Wall Street - the dollar slid to its weakest level in almost two weeks against the Euro and fell against most other major currencies as the Australian rate hike spurred demand for higher-yielding assets.
